I've been involved in dance for 21 years. Stepping back from being a dancer, six years ago I decided there just wasn't the opportunity to dance in my town so I switched to continue on in teaching it instead. I am now in my nineth or tenth year of teaching. Photography has become a major outlet for dance in my life. I adore guiding and directing dancers in front of the camera. I know what they can do and what I want to see. We are blessed around the Kootenays in British Columbia to have mountains, fields and lakes within a five minute drive. I couldn't ask for a more diverse and beautiful surrounding.

I am happy to have flickr as a sharing point for photography. It has been wonderful sharing my photos as well as getting to see other peoples. I also greatly appreciate everyone's words of encouragement and tips for bettering my work.
