Hobby photographer, adore documenting family life.

Image creation obsession started at school, where I took some photography lessons. Although it was just childish playing into a new hobby, it gave me an understanding of analogue photography process. My camera at that time was Zenit ET. I even had my own very little darkroom.

Presently I am focusing on emotional side of image making rather than technical. Do not pay too much attention to camera settings and gear in general. Most of my images are made in available light with Nikon D600 in manual mode and my only lense - Nikkor 50mm f/1.4g - these quite narrow conditions make me hunt for the needed moments.

In general, I am more observer than a creator. Photojournalistic to some extent, lifestyle and candid photography are close to me.

To my mind, photography should always have some assignment. In my case, I concentrate mostly on the life of family and friends. We all have some energy inside, and the biggest interest is to catch the highlights of it in human behaviour, relations or when they are occupied with the beloved activity...
