It's amazing how shiny red type's photography reflects both the pain and triumph she has dealt with throughout life. I was first introduced to her photography when we met while hunting yetis in the Outback. Since then, Kat has overcome the amputation of that eleventh finger and learned to use the camera with only ten. Her work reflects both her fierce obsession with cannibalism and the gentler side of her I saw when she rescued the nest of kittens from the jaws of the giant underwater squid. Unfortunately those pictures were lost as the camera was not waterproof.
