shexbeer is the ultimate massage to your good taste buds :) I have no idea who this person is BUT he seems to have some of the most beautiful eyes I ever met (since the beauty is in the eye of the beholder). I am ever so thankful for all this beauty shexbeer is sharing. Thank you shexbeer :) Meir Tel Aviv

Quite simply, shexbeer is a pioner of HDR photography. Shexbeer's amazing nack for post processing has allowed him to create some of the most breathtaking, surreal, and outstanding photographs ever produced using High Dynamic Range photography. Shexbeer is most famous for his photographs centered on the themes of deterioration, decay, and destruction. His "Abandoned and Decayed" set which can be found here [http://www.flickr.com/photos/shexbeer/sets/72157604480023014/] showcases his unique ability to find beauty in the disregarded. Shexbeer's photo "[ PYDA 349 ] .02" [http://www.flickr.com/photos/7486255@N06/4418626652/], featured #269 in explore on March 8th 2010 is an excellent example of his work, particularly his ability to convey emotion through photography. This photo portrays what appears to be an abandoned warehouse processed using HDR. The warehouse contains a rusty, dirty, decayed sink, a radiator bent and bruised, as well as an old graffiti-filled wall. Despite the very negative subject in this photo, his unique composition conveys the emotion of hope and beauty. Shexbeer's post processing technique has carefully captured so many small details in this photo, giving his viewers then sensation as if they were actually present in this photograph. In contrast to the realism generated from his photoshop workflow, shexbeer's use of a fisheye lens in this scene causes an extreme barrel distortion effect complementing this realistic nature with a sense of surreality, spirituality, and magic. In conclusion, shexbeer's work is the child of a great eye for composition and a unique, gifted processing talent. It is impossible to say what the future has in store for shexbeer's photographs, I just hope to be along for the ride.

Today I had the extreme pleasure of discovering Mr. Shexbeer's gallery of exquisiteness. For any admirer of HDR photography and Dereliciton Photography, you would serve your soul a healthy dose of inspiration by rifling through every single one of his amazing works of brilliance. He had a very well deserved editors pick on HDRspotting.com, a site dedicated to HDR, developed by Mr. Trey Ratcliff, who up until today was flying solo in my top tier of HDR maestros....no longer...Shexbeer has served me with a huge glass of humility, and shown that there is a long way to go in the attainment of photographic enlightenment. And I am somewhere between heavily inspired, and frightened to continue in any kind of HDR endevour. I would like to mirror a previous testimonial and note that should an artist's work ordain my walls, I could name no finer name than Shexbeer. I could never pay the kind of compliment that is so richly deserved by this artiste and gentleman, but today I have been moved...

I've been following Romans's work since I first discovered his photostream. Since then I've been fascinated by the variety of his art: techniques, moods, colors, subjects, and just simply beautiful creative images. This is just a constant source of inspiration. I have to also point out that my Flickr friend is not only a magician with his camera and the software, oh no :) One day I asked couple lame questions about his techniques. And guess what? Roman not only kindly replied but also explained how his workflow looks like. Roman, I wish you more success in our common hobby. Keep up the great work!

It's about time that I write to say what an amazing artist that my friend Shexbeer is! Not only does he have amazing vision, but he's been a great contact and a nice person too. I've followed his work from just about his first arrival on Flickr and have not once been disappointed. Every now and then posts something so good that it makes me scream! I would have his images all over my walls if I could afford it :) His unique eye and sharp as a tack processing turn his main subject of urban decay into a thing of insane beauty... And to that, I must say ROCK ON, Roman! Cheers!
