Every once in a while I come back to my camera, blow the dust off and try to remember how to work the dials and settings. As a perfectionist by nature, I try to remind myself that this is just for fun.
I have a patient husband who will stop on the side of a busy freeway so I can capture something that has caught my eye. He'll drive me around on back roads and wait while I tramp around trying to get the best point of view, composition and light.
I am intentional about keeping my follow list down to a manageable group. If you've chosen to follow me, thank you for the compliment and honor. Please don't be offended if I haven't reciprocated...it has nothing to do with you or your work but everything to do with my attempt to manage my time.
