This is one of my bones and portion of flesh called woman for she has been created. Thus, a man leaves his parents and complies with the woman he chooses and is one body.

Marriage is not meant to only satisfy craving for lust, it is a spiritual fulfillment of the soul, body and that of the mind.

أنجيل التكوين: أصحاح 2 الفقرة 23- 24

23 فقَالَ آدَمُ: «هذِهِ الآنَ عَظْمٌ مِنْ عِظَامِي وَلَحْمٌ مِنْ لَحْمِي. هذِهِ تُدْعَى امْرَأَةً لأَنَّهَا مِنِ امْرِءٍ أُخِذَتْ». 24 لِذلِكَ يَتْرُكُ الرَّجُلُ أَبَاهُ وَأُمَّهُ وَيَلْتَصِقُ بِامْرَأَتِهِ وَيَكُونَانِ جَسَدًا وَاحِدًا.

فأذا الزواج هو ليس تأدية الشهوه، بل هو أكتمال الجسد والروح والفكر
