Let's see, the reason why I call myself bionic is because I live with rheumatoid arthritis.

It makes it difficult for me to hold a camera. It has made it hard to work on my photos. But I love photography! It keeps me going and moving!

The other reasons why I call myself bionic is because I've had spinal surgery in my neck. I herniated 3 discs, flattening my spinal cord like a pancake. So I have metal screws and a plate in there.

Also about 2 years ago, I had my left knee replaced. They say it's like getting a bowling ball stuffed into your knee area. But wow! I can walk again!!

Then about a yr after the knee replacement, I tore my right rotater cuff. So I had surgery for that, and have a metal tack in my right shoulder.

And now am recovering from a left shoulder rotater cuff surgery. Tore all 4 ligaments, so they had to anchor 3 of the ligaments into bone. And cut and released my bicep tendon.

This all is getting old. But I keep trying...

So I think I earned the right to use, I Am Bionic! :)
