Many of my albums are arranged alphabetically in COLLECTIONS and some of these COLLECTIONS are similarly arranged in higher tier COLLECTIONS.

For example and as at the end of August 2018, the COLLECTION for 'Churches of England and Wales' contains 29 sub-collections, one for each County. In the one for 'Oxfordshire', 345 albums are listed alphabetically. Other examples include 160 Albums listed alphabetically in the Collection for 'Museums and Galleries', 34 in 'Cathedrals of Britain', and 111 in 'Houses, Castles, and Gardens'.

COLLECTIONS are an incredibly useful way of arranging one's images, for both personal use and for ease of access by others. It is so frustrating that Flickr has devalued their use and relegated their descriptor from the home page. They are hidden away on the 'View My Collection's box on the Albums front page
