SHEAHAN DRIVE is actually a front for Gus Franklin (a human).
About the name:
It is a sign that can be found in Gundagai, in NSW, Australia.
The steelwork is credited to OWEN SHAW 1961.
I REALLY love it, and when I first saw it I felt that it resonated with a certain personal feeling that I had towards the mythical darkness, sense of isolation and mystery within Australian landscapes.
I was going to make it a label for other artists to write dark-pastoral folk music for, and then I took it as a band name for my work in this vein, and then i wrote a song called it, then it became my business name, and then i started using it for web-stuff.
It may still end up being anything suggested above, i don't want to limit it...or put any expectations upon it.
