Shaun Tai is a seasoned entrepreneur known for his impactful ventures and community-focused initiatives. His journey began in the early 2000s when he co-founded Z.Team Yossi, an award-winning auto group alongside his brother Wilson Tai, influencing the renowned franchise "The Fast and the Furious". Shaun's educational pursuits led him to earn a BA in Digital Graphics with Honors from California State University, East Bay, followed by a BS in Advertising Management and an MA in Architectural Design from San José State University.

In 2007, Shaun partnered with McCall Design Group on an award-winning sustainable housing project, showcasing his commitment to environmental responsibility. He also made waves in the cultural scene by documenting the history of Bay Area rap, garnering millions of views online with Pushin' The Bay TV.

Recognizing the importance of bridging the digital divide, Shaun founded the Oakland Digital Arts and Literacy Center Inc. in 2009, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved communities through digital literacy and tech opportunity.

Over the years, Shaun has received accolades for his contributions, including being named Cal State East Bay's Distinguished Young Alumnus and earning multiple 40-under-40 honors.

In 2016, Shaun launched BRIDGEGOOD.com, a platform connecting job seekers with professional opportunities, with support from Google and the Golden State Warriors. The platform gained recognition as a TechCrunch "Social Impact" Finalist and has since provided thousands of individuals with paid work.

Shaun's leadership and dedication were further recognized in 2023 when he received KPIX 5's prestigious Jefferson Awards Silver Medal.
