Work always interfered with my play time. Now just recently retired, I devote my time to photography and mixed media art, jewelry making, digital art and watching the trees grow in a small Sierra valley. Trees grow lots slower than grass. (grin)

I love the seasons Fall through Spring, and I love to shovel snow. I am not completely crazy, but I do sing Xmas carols as I shovel. About 4-6 feet of snow is just about right for me, and I always wanted to live where there were real seasons, lots of water, dense forests, deer, bear and other critters. Soon, I am going to learn to fish and go out and astound the poor creatures. I grew up in the Bay Area in CA and have had my fill of cities. I was born to be a country girl and I have realized my life-long dream! Happy? You betcha!
