I have been in the field of culinary arts for about 40 years. I am a qualified Chef, Cake Maker and Decorator.

I am also very passionate about Indian Culture. My passion for Indian culture and the Western Influence I have had residing in Australia has lead me to create cultural cakes. A few of these photos have been uploaded.

Furthermore I am a Cookery presenter in Indian TV and was previously a radio show host in Australia.
