I will be honest and humble...I am not great at photography

That being said, photography is a ship that helps me escape the harshness of reality.

If you think about it, no two photos are alike. Why? A photo is a point in space-time which is unique to itself. So, all of us who aspire to be photographers can safely say we have in our possession a unique piece of space and time. This concept is what keeps me going with my camera. All I want is to capture a moment in the present and keep it for the future.

Ode to Photography

Fiery colours dancing carelessly

Friendly contrast taunting me

Bokeh flirting with depth of field

Exposure and shutter romancing shamelessly

Black and White at odds with each other

Macro and Micro will always be together

Film is sensitive - yet ready to expose,

lens however is still unsure

Flash is upset, needs to soon discharge

Discharge it will with a blinding blast
