An Electronics engineer on weekdays, amateur photographer/tinkerer/experimenter on weekends.

 

I started out with an Olympus point and shoot , and have worked my way up to a Canon 7D via a 1000D,over the years.

  

  

My glass is mostly Tamron - ( 17-50mm f2.8 for wide and 70-300mm f4:5.6 VC USM full frame for telephoto ) and of course the canon 50mm f1.8 for those occasional ultra low light/ bokeh'ed shots

 

The very amazing 55-250mm IS Canon was my first tele.

  

Taking pictures of something the human eye normally cannot see is what gets me most excited ( read- high speed water balloon bursting/dragonflies/birds mid flight/long exposures of a night sky- things like that) , although the occasional boring landscape (and the more frequent) perched bird/ exotic bug too can keep me happy !
