My passion for photography started at the age of 5, looking at my Pappa's AGFA film camera (1970 model). I loved that small gadget and was very sad when it became a piece of junk later. I remember opening it myself and removing the inner parts, trying to re-assemble things into working condition, but it failed.

Those days with the excitement slept in my mind over 24 years until I could get my own SLR film camera (Olympus) in 2001. Although it remained with me just for casual shoots and occasional outdoor experiments, a serious motivation came only by 2007 through Flickr friends. I got my first DSLR, Nikon D60 in 2009, upgraded to D90 mid of 2010 and to Nikon D700 in May 2011. Nikon D600 got added in 2012 and the D800 in 2013. Commercial aspects were never connected to it until 2011. I have moved completely to Mirror-less system from the first quarter of 2015. Its a new way of seeing things and I am sure, an exciting journey ahead !

Flickr has given me the best connections and I am happy the way I have been catching up.
