I had my first camera in junior high. By the time I was in high school, my interest in photography had reached the level of obsession. Somewhere along the way however, I set the camera down and took a hiatus as I got busy with other things in life. Then in the summer of 2006, during an early midlife crisis, after quitting a job and not knowing what I was doing with my life, I bought a digital camera and started shooting again. I had rediscovered my obsession, my passion.
