Photography is my validation for being. It's my way of showing the world who I am and what I do. Slowly, it becomes a definition: I am a photographer. Defined.

I can see the real you in photos. In a portrait, you are showing yourself to me. And you can see the photographer behind it also. A portrait should show a communion between photographer and subject in harmony. That continues to be my goal.
