Asmart42 is actually a tag team of my husband, George and myself. After a 10 year break of taking photos, we're back with a vengence thanks to the Nikon D40.

Travel photography has usually been my favorite theme, focuing on the nature aspect of travel. Its the rocks, trees and animals in a locale that draw me, as well as the cities themselves. We've been on every continent, except Africa - and that's on the "To-do" list.

We grow mushrooms, flowers and a varity of vegetables for sale at the local Carp Farmers Market. Plants, mushrooms and flowers were our photography subjects for years and still are.

The photos I actually manage to post are literally the tip of the iceberg. In the last year we've taken over 10,000 picutres with the Nikon. Great at taking pictures, but its the sorting and posting I suck at.
