I share my love of photography with my kids, who enjoy looking at my photostream and the streams of my contacts. If I can't 'deem your stream' appropriate for children, or you just give me the creeps, I won't have you as a contact and you will be blocked from my stream. The same goes for photos that you have 'faved' that may be questionable in nature....(if you have them in your stream or in your fav's, or you have nothing in your stream at all, please don't contact me.) Not a prude, just trying to keep my own little flickr world family friendly!!!!!

What a fascinating photostream Michelle has here. The photos she displays here are a fine mix of nostalgia, documentary, and deft humor. The nostalgic angle is not necessarily one of gimmickry, or one of an attempt to mimic the past in a "faux vintage" process. Rather, the nostalgia is current, and is filled with the knowledge that in several years, viewing these photographs will be the most obvious link to the past as we'll know it then. I am continuously in awe of her work. I, for one, adore each contribution she chooses to share with us.
