Most of my photos are marked CC-Share-Alike, but the ones with people's faces visible in them are CC-NC-NoDerivs. I lazily may not have marked them all that way, but that's what I generally mean, out of respect for the people in them. For attribution a simple link to the photo page or photo stream will do.
