I was an illustrator for a really, really long time and then started painting murals in 1993. I moved to San Francisco in 1994 where I worked painting backdrops for famous rock bands like The Grateful Dead,Guns and Roses,Black Sabbath,Lollapalooza,etc. . After that I worked with Frank Kozik for 5 years at Man's Ruin Records. I was a printer and touch-up artist for his ass kickin' posters and hand printed record sleeves. In 2001, I had my nerve cut in my drawing/painting arm leaving me in severe chronic pain(RSD/CRPS). I have not done a serious drawing or painting since. My wife bought me a camera 4/20/2007 and now I am hopelessly addicted to photography. It feels really good to be doing art again.
