" I’m so lucky to travel in amazing landscapes, to meet extraordinary people and to observe some of the most majestic animals on earth. And I feel like I have to testify of what I see. Like if all these fragile wonders would be preserved if I capture them on film. So I shoot pictures, I record and I tirelessly fill memory cards…"
I’m an author, director and documentary presenter, dedicated to wildlife and travel. For more than 12 years, my immoderate love for animals, wide open spaces and people sent me around the planet. I worked on many wildlife documentaries in East Africa. I took part in The Great Savannah Race, helping scientists to study the movements of radio collared zebras and wildebeests. For 3 years, I hosted the series Between Earth and Sky, exploring the planet onboard a hot air balloon in search of remote tribes (8x52min - Canal+, Discovery, Nat Geo, RTBF...) In 2011, I travelled in southern Africa and Brasil focusing on the peoples of the sea. In 2012, I directed my first prime time documentaries (3x90min - Botswana, Australia, Madagascar). My love of nature never left me and I’m passionate about urban wildlife. “When wild animals pay a visit in town”, for 2 years I wrote and directed 3 documentaries in North America. This series is an opportunity to show wild animals have their place among us in cities. We have to take that chance to enjoy the wonders of wildlife and reconnect with nature.
