I was born in San Diego, CA and grew up in a small town called Poway where I developed my passion for photography at age 14. It was a high school photography that allowed me to develop my basic photography skills that were further developed with attending Grossmont college here in San Diego with a photography Major. Then in August 2007 I began the intensive ten month program at the Hallmark Institute of Photography in Turners Falls, Massachusetts to make my passion a career.

The ten months going through the program at Hallmark has allowed me to finally gain the skills to produce professional work, and the confidence in myself to know that I can get the job done. The program is also one of the hardest things I have ever experienced. As a student, I was never allowed to put the camera down, this is the idea that Hallmark makes us adopt in our lives. Its that passion to never leave home without a camera is what makes your photographs not just pictures. Photography is an extension of us, photography is what makes our lives, its our happiness. Its this idea that we wake up every day with the passion to get out of bed, to go into the world and make pictures. Its this passion that I apply to my work and your job.
