The 200,000 working families of the San Diego & Imperial Counties Labor Council improve the lives of all peoples by joining together and fighting for one another. Our union members come from a broad array of sectors and professions. We are nurses, teachers, firefighters, retail workers, truck drivers, construction tradespeople, grocery employees, domestic workers, janitors, delivery personnel, stagehands, college professors, any and all workers who make the world run.

We are the local organization of the federal AFL-CIO. Our geographic area of focus are the San Diego and Imperial Counties. We are over 100 unions and growing.
