I'm a Washington, DC native, who loves to get away from the city as much as possible. My passion is adventure travel, with a particular focus on SCUBA diving. I have had the great fortune to travel the world since i was a little tyke, as my parents are adventure junkies themselves.

When I turned 12, I passed my open water certification for SCUBA diving, and joined my dad as his dive buddy. After 15 years of diving, I finally added an underwater camera housing to my long list of equipment. Since I only get two or three dive trips in a year, my progression of skill with underwater photography has been moving slower than I would like. Still, I'm enjoying every bit of it.
