I bought a Nikon D40 - my first DSLR - about two years ago, but have only recently started experimenting outside of the auto settings - wish me luck! I don't get out taking pictures as often as I should, but I take inspiration through all the wonderful things other people are doing with Flickr. Oh, and I work for CAMRA which is about beer rather than photography but does mean I'm always on the look out for an interesting pub photo.
