I am a 66 year old retired high school art teacher and mixed media artist. I live in Mukilteo, Washington USA, with my wife, Jamie, four dogs, and five cats. I have two male children: Ethan (34), and Taylor (29). Ethan, his wife, Karen, and their two daughters, Alice and Edith, live nearby in an area of Seattle called Ballard. Ethan works for the video game company, Nintendo. Taylor and his wife, Aya, live in the Northgate area of Seattle. Taylor works for Starbucks corporate, and Aya works for a Japanese company that imports and exports fruits and vegetables. My studio looks out on a portion of Puget Sound (otherwise known as "The Salish Sea"), Whidbey Island, and the Olympic Mountains, beyond, all of which provide wonderful artistic inspiration!
