I took about a decade off when film started to give way to digital and the kids took more time. I started up again in 2012 when I finally broke down and got my DSLR, a Nikon this time after owning a Canon AE-1 since 1985! I am still adding the occasional photos from that non-digital era when I can scan the old negatives.

I enjoy nature photography, but unfortunately I don't get to travel too much to see dramatic scenery.

I also specialize in aviation photography. I'm a recreational pilot, so I can usually get places to get the good shots.
