Scott Liao, born in Taiwan and lived in Seattle, Upstate New York & Los Angeles, is a marketer, designer and researcher. He is fascinated by user interaction design and user-centered design development. Through the course of his design career, he has become knowledgeable in marketing and media cultures through comprehensive research.
