I've lived in Scotland for over 20 years and in West Wales for 10 years before that. Oh yes, I was in the Westcountry before that too!

I think being born abroad has given me a different perspective to the UK - I love the layers of history, the richness and diversity of the landscape, the ever-changing weather.

I'm useless at photographing people, so don't bother with the photostream if that's your interest. I also have little talent in photographing wildlife although that's a major interest in life - a couple of my friends are superb at it, so they are the stars in that field!
