Thanks Dik - I look forward to seeing many more abstracts. You are an inspiration to us all :-)

Certainly he must have a big multidirectional eye for colours, especially lively, vivid, bright, energetic, reinvigorating compositions of colours; then another poligonal one that can spot all the possible tangles of lines, curves, angles and consequent geomertrical compositions; and another forever winking eye always willing to underline the irony which comes out from his images and his comments. Maybe one day I'll be able to meet Scorpocat and verify if my hypothesis is appropriate. In the meantime I'll go on watching his wonderful shots. "

Where to start? His photographs are inspired, beauty or the absurd found in the simplest of places, colored with the spectrum of an adopted land. His comments turn even mundane lanes into a yellow brick road, and at the end, you find a Wizard, his camera a magic wand. London slang morphs to Turkish charm, German depth of soul flowers to Dutch culture and through it all the wit and humor of a gentleman opens a lens on the world around us.
