Although i have not been here that long, i was almost instantly drawn to Sherry's photostream, and am blessed that i found it. She is almost certainly an expert a perfectionist, and dispsite her modesty could easily cut it as true Pro. Each and every image seems to be so well thought out and executed to the very highest standard, producing the most hight quality images, not just in technical ability but also the subject matter is aways second to none, along with a true understanding of light and perfect processing,anyone viewing them can't help but to be inspired by them, so much so. that i anxiously await her next post for inspiration. People like S make my journey on Flickr all the more worthwhile. When I'm in a creative rut or need a motivational push I just have to visit her stream for some inspiration. When you take a look at the world through someone else's eyes you can appreciate the beauty of the land even though you are not there, and I've travelled e-wise again and again in every one of her shots. She has a great eye for turning the ordinary into extraordinary; for turning everyday life into something special. Her photographs are stunning, and tell stories of life and wanderings, which make one feel thoughtful, nostalgic, humbled and involved. Her comments are always well written with feeling and expression - with empathy. She truly is a gem. In doing this, she makes them for herself first and foremost which is very important to her. There is only her and her camera. The limitations of her photography is within herself, and the end results of what we see is what she is. Her photography is an infinite variety of perception, interpretation, and execution. Her photography is also a record of her living, for anyone who really sees. I know that her and I have something in common. If a day goes by without my doing something related to photography, it's as though I've neglected something essential to my existence, as though I had forgotten to wake up.
