I love: SOOC (Straight Out Of Camera); big, blue skies; subtle depth-of-field; portraits; wide shots; knowing that the shot is good the instant you glimpse it on the LCD.

I hate: Editting, cropping or any processing of any kind (HDRs are an exception) - I prefer to get the framing, colour and exposure right at the time, call me weird; excessive photoshopping to make a scene look "natural"; cliched "tricks" (especially when I do them myself.); pretentious people who buy expensive gear and then take point-and-shoot-worthy photos.
