SchoolBOX is a registered Canadian Charity (# 83870 1324 RR0001) that helps children access primary education in Central America. Our community is united in love for the children we serve and the belief that education can defeat poverty. SchoolBOX is comprised of thousands of people from different faiths and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Our mandate is simple: Make Education Possible
SchoolBOX has 6 programs designed to ‘Make Education Possible’ for children:
Tools 4 Schools: Building basic infrastructure for schools: classrooms, washrooms, and sports fields.
Supplies 4 Success: Providing essential educational supplies for students and teachers
SchoolBOX Volunteer Trips: Empowering volunteers to build schools in Central America
Soccer Dreams: Encouraging primary school attendance through sports
Books 4 Kids: Mini-Libraries and training to equip teachers and students with basic teaching and learning materials
IYES: Opening opportunities for Canadian Indigenous Youth to 'Make Education Possible' in Central America
