I love the outdoors: kayaking, hiking, running, cycling, and -- of course -- photography! I have recently moved to Maine, where I do a lot of sea kayaking along the coast, though I do spend time in New Hampshire, hiking in the White Mountains, and in Vermont, cross-country and telemark skiing. I get to see lots of amazing places and that's what my photography attempts to capture.

I would describe myself as an aspiring professional -- I mean, who wouldn't want to get paid to spend their time taking photographs in some of the most beautiful places? Perhaps someday! Until then I am a sea kayak and XC-ski instructor and web and graphic designer for an outdoor recreation company.
