Spina Bifida Wisconsin, Ltd (SBWIS) provides funding for families as well as support through organized social functions, fundraising events, chapter meetings and educational programs. We also work to educate the community about Folic Acid which can reduce the risk of Spina Bifida by up to 70% if taken before becoming pregnant and during the first months of pregnancy.
