I have been making cakes since May 08 after watching a youtube video that made reference to Lorraine Mckay. After having a look at her work i decided to have a play with rolled fondant and found i loved it. I replicated a few cakes i had liked online, including a castle for my beautiful daughters, Paige & Caitlyn. Everyone who saw my cakes loved them and started ordering them. It has bloomed from there and now is a much needed income for my family, while still allowing me to be a stay at home mum. So thanks to Lorraine for being the inspiration she is, you are a truely talented women.
