I am an animals lover/advocate/activist. I am currently on a mission to stop senseless euthanasia of Healthy and Adoptable domesticated animals in municipal shelters in USA. I believe that the money alloted to killing these wonderful creatures just because they were born and are homeless would be better used in creating state and federally subsidized domesticated animals sanctuaries run and operated by local rescue groups to adopt the animals out to responsible pet owners. Furthermore, I am advocating for mandatory spay/neuter laws for all non-certified pet breeders. These solutions, I believe, would eliminate the need to kill healthy, adoptable animals because of overcrowding in municipal shelters and decrease overpopulation immensely. I am also advocating for more awareness through the media regarding foster homes and adoption programs. Besides other initiatives. Domesticated animals cannot speak up for themselves, it is our duty to be their voices and look after their best interests. We domesticated them for our selfish purposes, we must care for them, not kill them and throw them away like a piece of trash after we have no more use for them!
