Savannah Sam is a photographer and photo artist who enjoys expressing himself through his art and photography, especially with the many wonderful locations unveiled to him in the Ace Basin, Low Country & coastal areas of his adopted home in coastal southeast Georgia. The classical southern charm of this region provides him with a wide palette of opportunities to express his unique vision of those commonplace scenes which are seen daily by many, but are seldom ever truly observed.

Savannah Sam Photography, LLC strives to create images that elicit wonder and encourage the protection of wildlife and the preservation of the many incredibly beautiful natural resources on this earth that have been left to our custodial care. Our mission is to record and preserve the iconic images of the Georgia coastline with its sweeping vistas, historic landmarks and abundant wildlife through the creative artistry of photography.

 

The icon for Savannah Sam Photography is a male cat named Mississippi Wink. He was plucked from a four-lane highway in the state of Mississippi when he was just three weeks old. He has a lazy eye which winks with regularity and hence the name. He has been a rock steady source of comfort, love and inspiration to our family for many years. Indeed, he is the spirit of what we are attempting to achieve here at Savannah Sam Photography, LLC through our images.
