Shri Satya Pal Jain is the Chairman of the National Legal Working Group of the BJP as well as BJP’s National Committee for Legal Affairs & Election Commission for 2014 General Elections and a member of the BJP National Executive. He remained Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) from Chandigarh Parliamentary Constituency for two consecutive terms. He is a designated Senior Advocate, practising in the Supreme Court of India, Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh as well as other High Courts.
