I am a Washington, DC/Northern Virginia-based concert, events, and portraits photographer.
There is absolutely nothing more beautiful than being able to capture sounds, sights, and raw emotions in photographs.
I began my journey as a concert photographer in 2008 at the age of 16 and have loved every moment. I've contributed to Static Music Magazine, Preach Electric, Amped Up Aperture, Sight of Sound Magazine and Brightest Young Things; as well as being an official photographer for Shamrock Fest in 2011.

To everyone's enjoyment, she is often her own model. When she steps in front of the lens, our eyes are greeted with a bonus wondrous treat.

Sandra is the one who truly got me into flickr. She is also the one who has taught me so much about photography, without even teaching it. The way she puts so much thought into each photo just amazes me, I'll always be learning from Sandra, if she likes it or not, or if she tried to or not. Just by talking to her everyday on even just the computer, teaches me so much, somehow. She is so creative, it's amazing it can all fit in that tiny body. I'm so glad I've gotten to meet such a talented person, and to (soon) own Seen & Heard with her is a true joy. Keep photographing, sandramunson. ;)
