In my day to day life I am an executive secretary and office manager, but in my spare time there are very few things I would rather do than pick up my camera and tripod and head out into the field. My boyfriend and I both enjoy the hobby and therefor more often than not, go out together. Our vacations are geared towards photography and experiencing nature above anything else. No suntanning vacations for us, we would rather have interesting cloud formations and spectacular landscape over clear blue skies any day!

My interest in photography began in my early teenage years, when my mother was dating wedding photographer extraordinaire. He introduced me to cameras, occasionally buying me the develop and toss out kind. Which he would develop for me in his own darkroom. As I grew older the interest faded and shifted to other things. Until some years ago when I bought my own camera gear due to a spark that had reignited by a visiting friend and professional photographer taking photos of our Bengal cats in action (jumping and playing). I started photographing them around the house and slowly started venturing outside with it. Nowadays the camera hardly gets use inside the walls of our house and in stead gets dragged everywhere else.

My main photography interests, although they are quite varied, are: Landscape, Architecture, Macro, Wildlife (and the occasional pet photo) and (where my boyfriends interests began) - speed, in the form of military aircraft and motor sports and such.
