I am a mostly self-taught photographer. I have studied photography on and off for 20 years as a hobby. I feel lucky to have started before the digital age. There is something about being in the dark, winding film onto a reel, the smell and feel of the chemicals, and watching your image appear. However, I do love being able to take hundreds of photos and see and edit them the same day and share them with the world.
