I am an amateur photographer residing in North Alabama who stole her love of photography from her dad.

I believe all life is a gift from God and his creation is something for us to enjoy and marvel at. I use photography to do that.

I like to keep my photos as close as possible to what I actually saw with my eyes, so I try to do as few edits as possible. However, once and a while I may get a little "creative" with a shot. It just depends on what I photographed and the feel that I want it to have.

My Flickr photostream is just images from my life...family, friends, pets, nature, places my husband and I have traveled to...it is "ma vie en fleurs"...My Life in Bloom.
