All Images contained within this application have been created by me - Sam Jerman - and i am the sole owner of the copyright.

So because i know its easier to be able to download without asking, if you have a deadline, i have enabled the download feature. If you do download for anything other than photos of you or your loved ones please take note of the following:

1. If you download for publication in paper or on the web please let me know where and for what.

2. You can take it from me that if it is for anything unsavoury, immoral or illegal i won't give my permission.

3. If you do publish any photos (an offer of payment would be nice) at the very least i expect a cred' acknowledgement alongside the photo.

This isn't a lot to ask and i want everyone to be able to enjoy seeing the photos as much as i enjoyed taking them. So if in doubt simply ping me an email.
