When I was 15, I played with my first film camera, and attended subsequent darkroom sessions through a youth program in my neighborhood.

Since then, film photography, though rare, is where my passion is. An aesthetic capturing through just one person's lens - mine. A way to immortalize a single moment that reverberates with feeling.

I have never taken any formal teachings of photography (in school), but just went along with it, learning as I grew and experimenting. Photography is an extension for my creative outlook of the world. I try to capture beautiful, striking and sometimes mundane things. I am also influenced in those ways through reading and writing.

Travel and my love for interesting architecture has led me to build a specific portfolio, but I am currently expanding my portfolio to include people, musicians, and situations more. Keep posted.

Now I teach others, beginners photography classes and darkroom techniques.
