I am a mom of THREE beautiful children 6 years old and under. I love being a mom ... but was looking for a way to help my husband quit at least one of his jobs. I have worked at a newspaper, in a kindergarten as an aide, at a newspaper, at the zoo and finally, as an elementary school teacher. Here's the bottom line ... I love kids. I LOVED teaching, but just couldn't imagine spending so much time devoted to children other than my own. As I brainstormed on what I wanted to do, certain angels appeared in my life, reminding me how much I loved to capture moments with my camera. The idea hit me like a ton of bricks ... I wanted to own my own photography business. Fortunately, ignorance is bliss. I am SO glad I didn't know then what I know now, because starting would have been much harder. I just LEAPED and I'm building my wings on the way down (thank goodness).

I have to say, that I happen to be one of the luckiest women in the world. I adore my husband and he adores me back. I am so blessed to be married to a man who not only lets me be me, but encourages me in whatever I attempt. He is devoted to our family and he's funny as all get out (don't tell him I said so ... it'll go straight to his head).

I couldn't get by without mentioning my wonderful family. My parents helped with the start-up costs of my business and I am forever thankful ... thanks Mom and Dad!
