I have looked at Sailor's photos since I first started my flickr obsession. He is truly amazing. He has a gift of capturing the essance of the South and the beauty within it. I have started a testimonial for Sailor many times, but what I wrote just didn't seem enough. An ability to capture beauty in each facet of nature, skill that makes me sigh in envy, a touch of the poet in his compositions and words, and the ability to make me laugh out loud at his observations. From the first, he has been supportive and kind - my image of a Southern gentleman. And from the first, I have always hoped that someday, I might be able to take photos like Sailor, aka. Ralph.Still doesn't express all, but, if you want to experience the joy of photography, then, you have come to the right place.

My first testimonial for a very special person - Sailor not only is a wonderful photographer but is more importantly a kind photographer. He helped me out with a little photographic problem concerning telephone and electric lines on my photo's a while back - he's also great at giving advice. For someone who (as you will know from his write up) has had a rough time with the bad weather over his homeland he keep's cheerful. Good on you and long may you take those great photographs.

My tribute to a person that has become a very dear friend. He has been through a lot of trials and tribulations but his spirit never falters. He may get down but the he is agile enough to bounce right back. His work as a photographer is superb. He is always there as encouragement to others. I may never get to know him in person but I already know him in heart and spirit. The part that matters the most is the beauty in his heart. Sailor is that kind of person.
