I've been happily married to the same wonderful woman since 1970. We've got 3 great sons and 3 fine daughters-in-law. They have given us 8 of the best grandkids anyone could hope for.

After 38 years and 4.5 million miles of roaming around pretty much all of North America in a semi truck. I've retired and am taking the time to learn a lot more about photography.

Having lived all my life in the Pacific Northwest (when I wasn't off wandering around in a truck somewhere) and having spent most of my life in the outdoors (in one way or another) I learned to appreciate the world around me when I was pretty young and I hope that is reflected in my photography.

I finally have more time to spend on photography and while I've learned a lot, the biggest thing I've learned is that there's a lot more to learn!

To that end, any constructive comments or criticisms would be a big help.
