The idea for this store came when our founder, Micky Chadha, took a trip to India and saw how well a TV store handled setting up a TV for his mother. He ran with this idea and decided to reproduce the approach he saw in India back in America - with service being his main focus.

Saga’s original showroom is located in downtown Manhattan and we recently expanded and opened a new showroom in Bergen County, Tenafly, New Jersey. It was at the Tenafly, NJ location that Micky decided to expand Saga’s services from retail television to home theater installation, custom home theater and integration. This allowed Micky an opportunity to pursue one of his dreams of being able to give customers an experience like they have never had before. As Saga continued to grow, we started to offer additional services in order to properly take care of our clients. Our services expanded to IT installation and management as well as Saga Solar, which provides energy savings and reduces the impact electronic equipment has on the environment.

Due to Saga’s great success in the Tenafly area, we were determined to take our special brand of customer service nationwide. We wanted to share our knowledge and ideas of giving and providing customers with a comprehensive service that gave them information they needed to purchase an item. Our philosophy is to give customers something that will match ones needs and interest.
